The Spring Awakening cocktail was first crafted in the early 2010s by inventive bartenders looking to celebrate the arrival of spring with a fresh, seasonal libation. Drawing inspiration from classic gin cocktails and the rising popularity of elderflower liqueur, this drink quickly became a favorite in stylish urban bars. Its name nods both to the season and the invigorating feeling it brings, making it a modern classic for springtime sipping.
