Inspired by the classic Tequila Sunrise, the Pineapple Sunrise Mocktail was born out of a desire to enjoy those beautiful sunrise layers and tropical flavors in a non-alcoholic form. It gained popularity in the early 2010s as more people sought out creative, alcohol-free options for social gatherings and family-friendly events. Today, it’s a favorite at beach resorts, brunch spots, and anywhere the sun is shining.
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick. This duo not only adds a pop of color and a nod to tropical flavors but invites you to nibble between sips.
